In case of technical problems please tell us which device you’re using. We’ll help you as soon as possible.

Which devices can I use?
Our apps are compatible with iphone (from version 5 upwards) and ipad. Our apps do not support Apple TV.
Our app Tongo Music is also available for Android phones and tablets and also for Amazon devices.

Problems with download?
Since we have a lot of music in our apps, the download may take some time …
Please make sure you have a good connection to the internet and make sure you have enough memory on your device.
If you have problems in downloading the app, this may be a store issue.
For iOS devices you should plug your device into your computer and sync it to iTunes (restarting the download).
For Android please follow the support for Android devices.

Problems in using the app?
After successful download you start the app by clicking on the moving image.
If the app crashes please restart the app according to your device.
Please make sure you have the latest version of the app (last update).
If the app does not start in a rare case, delete the app on your device and reinstall the app while you are logged into a Wifi. You don’t have to buy the app again.
