2. Our apps
Our apps do not collect, store or transmit any personal data. They contain no analytics, tracking or advertising services. Our apps are designed for children. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13 and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
3. Visiting this website
When you visit firstconcert.com, we only process technically necessary data. This includes your IP address, the date and time of access, the page visited, the referrer, and your browser and operating system. This is required to display the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website is operated by an external hosting provider with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement.
4. Cookies and fonts
We do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services and do not set cookies for these purposes. To remember your language selection, a technically necessary cookie (pll_language) is set, which expires after one year. The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG. Fonts are loaded from our own web server; no data is transmitted to external providers such as Google.
5. Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to see how our website performs in Google Search. It does not set any cookies on our website or collect any data about visitors. Google only provides us with aggregated, anonymous figures.
6. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we use your information only to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing (Art. 21) and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77). The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
